Project: Victoria, London

This project involved revitalising 10 Greycoat Place, which consists of refurbishing the existing 6-storey 1890s Victorian warehouse structure and adding a 2-storey contemporary steel frame roof top extension to provide office, restaurant retail and gym space.

The property was not listed, with much of the original Victorian character ( lost due to extensive façade remodelling in the 1960s but is located adjacent to two grade 2 listed buildings and between two conservation areas
