Meridian Project Management has be accredited by Acclaim download our certificate here Acclaim (SSIP) Certificate
Acclaim Accreditation is the SSIP member scheme provided by Capita Supplier assessment services. Acclaim uses the expertise and knowledge of Capita Property and infrastructure, leaders in health and safety consultancy, to appraise each application.
Acclaim Accreditation demonstrates compliance with health and safety legislation which gives confidence to buyers that a construction Consultant or Contractor has been successfully assessed to the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015 and SSIP core criteria
A huge problem for contractors and consultants is the need to be assessed by multiple health & safety schemes. By becoming health & safety assessed with an SSIP scheme, all criteria are satisfied all other SSIP members’ schemes.
Meridian Project Management has been accredited by construction line our certificate can be down loaded here Construction Line Certificate .
Constructionline is a register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants used by the construction industry of the United Kingdom. The database contains details for over 23000 companies and is accessed by over 2000 organisations. It uses a PAS91 compliant assessment.
PAS 91 is a standardised pre-qualification questionnaire which has been developed to reduce the need for suppliers to complete a variety of different pre-qualification questionnaires for different, and in some cases, the same clients. Developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI), the question set has been commissioned by Government and is a recommended common minimum standard for construction procurement.
By delivering a standardised PQQ format, PAS 91 aims to help suppliers understand what information is required from them at pre-qualification stage, increase consistency between various pre-qualification questionnaires and databases and help buyers identify suitably qualified contractors
With buyers needing to pre-qualify construction suppliers, inefficient buying practices can amount to huge amounts of wasted time and money for buyers and suppliers alike. By delivering a standardised PQQ format, PAS 91:
Helps buyers identify suitably qualified contractors with less time and resources
Is one of government’s common minimum standards for construction procurement.
Helps buyers achieve more sustainable procurement
Gives buyers more time to focus on the project-specific areas of the pre-qualification process.
Encourages more suppliers (particularly SMEs) to apply for work by simplifying the tendering process

Meridian PM joins FSB
As an SME Meridian PM firmly believes that adopting a more personal approach puts us ahead of the rest and certainly bigger is not always better!
One key reason is that the services offered by SMEs are far more personalised and bespoke, with more time assigned to ensuring that each customer receives exactly what they need.
The FSB note:
Experience at The Federation of Small Businesses suggests that the idea of working with SMEs is becoming increasingly popular with clients from all industries as they come to realise the advantages of doing so. Clients understand that SMEs are more likely to provide a customised service. They appreciate the fact that personnel will have individual knowledge of each client, as opposed to simply being a ‘faceless’ name in their database. They are also likely to work with the same representative or group of representatives throughout the engagement, rather than with a range of different agents. How many of you have had dealings with so-called account managers who have little knowledge as to who you are, or what your organisation stands for? The consistency inherent in SME staffing can save clients a great deal of valuable time in the long run as there is no need to repeatedly spell out their requirements every time they contact the firm.
Membership of the FSB provides Meridian PM with valuable legal, health and safety and network support, allowing us to spend more or our time focusing on the important stuff – our clients!
