Daniel Webb BSc (Hons) FRICS MAPM
Daniel is a Director and the founder of Meridian Project Management.
Daniel has an extensive and proven track record in executive programme and project management, contract administration and employer’s agent activities in a variety of refurbishment and redevelopment projects for investor and occupier clients in residential, commercial office, education, healthcare, data, industrial and religious sectors. His experience covers a wide range of procurement forms and values from £50k-£120m+.
He has particular expertise of leading complex projects in live and often critical environments, managing the logistical interfaces to minimise end user impact.
He also regularly provides project troubleshooting and revival services where he acts for funds, investors and occupiers. Together with ancillary project related duties including negotiation, value engineering, risk management and dispute resolution.
Current projects include a number of significant mixed use developments, assisting an international firm in their office expansion/accommodation strategy needs and various consultancy roles.
Daniel was previously the Lead Director of the Project Consultancy Group for a prestigious National firm of Chartered Surveyors and a member of their Executive Management Team.

Daniel is joined at Meridian PM by Phil Kirby as a Consultant. In addition to his consultancy role at Meridian, Phil also leads Northland PM where in turn Daniel also provides a Consultancy role. This provides mutual support between the business and clients with the confidence of redundancy of service and with the ability to deploy additional senior resources, whilst ensuring they will deal only with the very best professional team! Daniel and Phil have worked together closely over 15 years and share a common purpose and Project Management vision.
Philip Kirby BA (Hons) PG Dip MRICS
Philip has extensive experience of project managing developments throughout the UK up to a value of £30+ million. Previous prestigious developments have spanned a variety of property sectors, including office, industrial, retail and hotel & residential.
Current projects include Origin Business Park, the largest industrial development within the M25. Forming part of a 350,000 square feet development, Origin includes pre-let distribution units to Ocado, John Lewis Partnership and Mash Purveyors. Philip is also leading the extensive office redevelopment at 35 Chancery Lane, a complicated ‘cut and carve’ scheme located in the heart of London.
Philip previously worked for a prestigious national property consultancy in both London and Edinburgh with particular focus on office and industrial developments.

Daniel is also joined at Meridian PM by Jason Dodd as a Consultant. In addition to his consultancy role at Meridian, Jason also leads Contemplor, where he focus on Building Surveying Consultancy provision. Daniel and Jason have worked together closely over 19 years both as colleagues and latterly with Jason in a senior Healthcare Client role. Both share a common purpose and Project Management vision.
